Refund Policy

Refund Policy:

In case of a refund due to an erroneous transaction or cancellation, the premium or amount paid for any financial product will be refunded via cheque or direct credit as per the policy of the Insurance provider / financial services company, that you have chosen to buy the product from.

GRAMeSeVA uses third party payment gateway for facilitating transfer of money from customer’s bank accounts. Customer can only use their bank account registered with GRAMeSEVA and not any other bank account. Refunds would be done in the account from where the payment has been initiated or debited.

Cancellation Policy

In case of a cancellation, the premium or amount paid for an insurance product  or financial product will be refunded via cheque or direct credit as per the policy of the Insurance provider / financial services company, that you have chosen to buy the product from.

You do not need to return the copy of the policy documents received by you, in order to cancel the policy.
